Our group supports the local businesses, schools, civic organizations and environment with a special emphasis on respect, sustainability, friendship, and the benefits of enjoying life locally.

We are the catalyst for a myriad of public events in Dodge County including the Horicon Summer Concert Series, the annual Horicon Huk disc golf tournament, the internationally recognized Jersey Street Music Festival and more.

The Horicon Phoenix Program seeks to strengthen our community by providing direct grants to small businesses and organizations that have a positive impact on the greater Horicon Area, and recognition to those civic leaders who have worked so hard to make Dodge County a viable, thriving community.

Our mission is to provide accessible, high quality learning experiences that serve the community. Our campus serves our community and its students by providing both degree and non-degree courses. We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all students and members of the community in pursuit of learning opportunities. Students come here to earn high school equivalency degrees, a variety short term certificates, one-year technical diplomas and two-year associate degrees. Students can earn a liberal arts degree here and transfer to UW schools or other four year universities.
