Dodge County offers anglers and boaters three beautiful lakes.
Beaver Dam Lake is a shallow lake totaling 6,600 acres. This large body of water has a fishery to match its size. Expect giant crappie, jumbo perch and numerous walleye. The lake can be accessed at Derge, Edgewater, Water Works and Tahoe parks.
Fox Lake offers 2,625 acres of fishing for walleye, northern pike, musky, crappie, bluegill and bass. The lake is 19 feet deep and has one of the most diverse fisheries you’ll find anywhere. Anglers can enjoy wonderful scenery as well, including six islands. Fox Lake is well known for its excellent ice fishing. Fox Lake can be accessed through Town of Fox Lake Park on Blackhawk Trail or the City of Fox Lake at the Clausen/Riverside Park.
Lake Emily is one of the most picturesque lakes in Dodge County. The 268-acre spring-fed lake features lots of undeveloped shoreline. Anglers should look for bluegill, largemouth bass, musky, northern pike and walleye. A public boat launch located on Lake Drive.
